It doesn't have to be a national record to qualify - we think all catches are good catches!
Dave Cameron gets new record on Big Beam too!
Swiftly following on from Jimmy, Dave Cameron (no, not the Prime Minister!) has scored well with a 59lb bag caught on Big Beam. This sets the new record for Big Beam. Well done to Dave and see his pictures in the gallery. Congratulations - all we need now, is a new record on Far Hope and we've got the treble!

Jimmy bags Sandy record from team mate!
Jimmy from Macc Taxis scored a record on Sandy Pool last week with a 45lb 11oz haul. He beat the previous 2009 record held by his team mate Gordon of 42lb 8oz. Well done to Jimmy, we can't wait to see the results from the next showdown as I'm sure that Gordon wants his record back!

Fishery Closure until Monday 5th July 2010!
Unfortunately due to the prolonged hot weather and rapidly rising water temperatures, the decision has been made to close the fishery until Monday 5th July 2010, to reduce the stress to our fish stocks.
We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience that this causes, however, as we're sure you will agree the welfare of our fish must come first.
We will reopen on Monday 5th July 2010.
Send us your pictures.... and we'll forward them on to Angling Times.
Send us your pictures of your recent catches or post them onto our face book page and we'll do our utmost to get them in print in the Angling Times! (Always assuming that we have your permission to do so!)
At the moment, Paul Woolley is featuring quite a lot in our 2010 photo gallery - but then, he has caught a lot of fish! Get your pictures sent in and we'll see if you can beat Paul for catches this year!!
